Please read these terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase. They deal with both our general purchase conditions and our privacy policy. When purchasing a product, you agree to our terms of purchase in full.

BUY
Purchase agreements are made when you as a consumer receive an order confirmation via e-mail from BubbelGarn. A prerequisite is that the customer has provided correct contact details regarding e-mail address and physical address. In order to shop at bubbelgarn.se, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Sweden. The customer is responsible for checking the order confirmation on receipt so that it is correct. We reserve the right for final sales and misprints/typing on the website. We reserve the right to adjust the price if an error has occurred. All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and VAT. If a delivery cannot be made because the goods are not in stock, this will be stated in your delivery confirmation and you will therefore not be charged. All goods on bubbelgarn.se are sold including 25% VAT.

PAYMENT METHOD
We use Klarna and Paypal as payment partners. When you pay via Klarna Checkout, you shop safely and easily and can always contact Klarna Customer Service if you have any questions about your payment. With the help of Klarna, we can offer our consumers payment via invoice, direct payment via card or account and partial payment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Assuming the item is in stock, the normal delivery time is 1-3 working days (calculated from the day after you place your order). The price of shipping may vary depending on weight and calculate at checkout. Responsibility for the delivery passes to the shipping company when the item has left our warehouse. The package is sent with Postnord and can be tracked via a link with the order's package number. The link will be sent to your provided email address.

If the product is damaged or lost during transport to the customer, BubbelGarn is responsible for payment. However, you must notify the carrier upon receipt/missing of the package so that a claim can be made. Then contact our Customer Service via info@bubbelgarn.se. This must take place within a reasonable time (5 days). As a customer, you are responsible for paying your current invoice until the matter is resolved.

NOT COLLECTED PACKAGE
All packages that are not collected from an agent are charged a fee of SEK 199 plus 10% of the value of the order. The fee corresponds to the costs of shipping fee, value reduction, return shipping and handling. If you changed your mind after the package has been sent from us, you must collect the package at your drop-off point and send it back to us. If the package is not received or picked up, it will automatically be registered as not picked up and charged accordingly.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods. At BubbelGarn, you can return an item within these 14 days. Provided that the item is unused, in the original packaging and is undamaged. In order for you to be able to use the right of withdrawal, you must contact our customer service "info@bubbelgarn.se" and then return the item unused in undamaged original packaging - securely packaged.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer pays for the return shipping cost. NOTE: a handling fee of SEK 79 is charged when an order is returned. This is to cover our costs for handling the return. Transport risk in case of return lies with you as the sender. This means that the consumer is obliged to pay for the items that are lost or damaged during transport back to Bubbelgarn. Always ask for a receipt from your agent when you make a return to us. In this way, the shipment is always traceable.

IN CASE OF COMPLAINT
We take responsibility for production errors on products sold through www.bubbelgarn.se and we follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's rules for complaints. Always check your goods when you receive them to make sure they are not incorrect, damaged or missing. Should any product be incorrect, damaged or missing, you have 5 days after receiving the package to complain about the product.

When buying wooden buttons in a box, the number in the box may vary slightly and damaged buttons may occur. The box should be seen as transport packaging and not for long-term use as the snap is not designed for this.

ATTENTION! All warranty & complaint matters must be approved by Bubbelgarn's customer service before the product can be returned as a complaint and refund/replacement can take place. Complaint returns without an approval are charged with a handling fee of SEK 150.

REFUND
The invoice amount is adjusted as soon as the return has been received by BubbelGarn, and we have notified Klarna. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days before we have registered that we have received your item in return. Reimbursement/adjustment of returns takes place no later than 30 days after the return has been registered.

AGE LIMIT
We do not ship orders to people under the age of 18. By law, you must be of legal age to enter into an agreement.

RESERVATIONS
We reserve the right for any inaccuracies in images or text. Any disputes are referred to the General Complaints Board. Bubbelgarn always follows the board's recommendations.

FORCE MAJEURE
During force majeure, BubbelGarn's obligations are postponed. If force majeure prevails for longer than 2 months, the customer as well as Bubbelgarn have the right to cancel the agreement without any obligation to pay damages. Force majeure refers to strikes, staff illness, transport disruptions, natural disasters, war and import/export bans, for example. Regardless of whether this occurs at the company or at the company's suppliers.

INTEGRITY POLICY AND COOKIES
The information contained in our terms of purchase (together with our privacy policy) and any other documents mentioned form the framework for how BubbelGarn will handle and use your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

PERSONAL DATA
BubbelGarn is responsible as the personal data controller for the personal data that you provide to us in connection with purchases. The personal data that has been provided to BubbelGarn upon purchase is used for signing and implementing delivery agreements, to maintain our customer relationship and for marketing activities carried out by BubbelGarn. In order to fulfill orders, it is necessary to disclose information to third parties. BubbelGarn provides personal data to transport companies for delivery and notification. BubbelGarn never sells or transfers personal data for marketing activities to other companies.
